Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us at starrayjewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be unused and in its original condition, original packaging, unaltered from its original state. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.
Our policy excludes coverage due to wear and tear and/or negligence. Any repairs or work not done by StarRay Jewelry will void this policy. This warranty does not cover loss, accidental breakage and general wear and tear.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any custom made order can't be returned or exchanged.
StarRay Jewelry or any of its Associates can/ will charge a restocking fee. The restocking fee will be a percentage of the item value starting at 20%. This decision will be made at the time by StarRay Jewelry or any of its Associates.
Warranty
StarRay Jewelry will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 7 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect StarRay Jewelry to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once a warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(1.) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to our mailing address. For more info send us an email at starrayjewelry@gmail.com . You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
